San Diego State

Filed under: Places to visit — washaw @ 6:00 am

The campus of San Diego State University is about a mile from where I live. SDSU has about 27,000 students getting 23,000 applications each year and accepting about 7,500. Tuition cost is about $3,500 per year for California residents.

This pedestrian bridge sits over College Avenue connecting Aztec Center to the East Campus Residential Community and parking structures. The bridge makes it much safer for students traveling to campus. The suspension-like span is approximately 230-feet long and 45-feet tall.

  1. Such a nice little bridge. I don’t know how the community lived without this bridge before – it has probably saved hundreds of lives too.
